Name of company/service: Reliance Broadband
I am a reliance broadband subscriber. My internet & landline phone is not working from past 7 days.
I had approached the call center executives 6-7 times. First complaint(Complaint No. 203719056) was registered on the 1st of June and with resolving the same it showed the status as “RESOLVED”. Second complaint was made regarding the same on the 4th of June (Complaint No. 203876587) & this time you guys had assured that somebody from reliance will call you up & resolve the issue within 24 hrs. but till date no call & no response from your end. Is this the way you treat your customers???
Request you to please help in getting my internet & telephone connection back.
& Once again the complaint went in “Resolved” status with doing anything….My internet & phone is still not working.
I have been issued a new complaint no. 203979063
