1st issue
Internet is very very slow.
what they are committed speed 3.1 Mbps
and we are not getting that much speed.
its very very slow.
i am a System Admin and Hardware Engg.
i know the system very will
What they are giving that is very very less,.. Pages are opening very very slowly,….
Customer care Executive in chatting from there reliance site Saying,..
His name Shambo :
” Shambho: On Netconnect + data card maximum speed is upto 3.1 Mbps and Average speed is 200 to 300 Kbps.”
But we are not receiving 20 to 50 Kpbs also,….
its very very slow
2nd issue is
Bill’s are very very high,.. what there are charging now,…
and there are charge Extra amounts also.
on this june month Rs 140/- For Extra data.
What Customer care Executive saying
” Shambho: Your total outstanding amount is rs 698.14 and due date is 27-06-12. ”
My 1st Plan is 8 GB Day and 15 GB Night
its cost is Rs 500/- + Tax ( 561/- )
and i changed my plan on 28.05.2012.
its Rs 450/- plan 2 GB with High Speed 3.1 Mpbs.
Why i changed its very very slow,..
i asked for disconnection they convinced,.. this is good you can get high speed 3.1 Mpbs ( Rs 450/- plan 2 GB with High Speed 3.1 Mpbs.)
But its not coming that much speed.
its coming 20Kpbs to 50 Kpbs
its same speed what there provide before.
and
Sir Please help me from this Reliance Communication.
Its very very Slow and Charging is high
