Internet is not working last 35 days

Hi,

My Customer ID number is 330639170120.

This is regarding the issue with the broadband connectivity that I have been facing since Tuesday, Oct 16th 2012.
I have given the complain several time to the customer care executive and nodal office,but every time they are saying “DUE TO CABLE CUT IT HAPPENED”,”WE WILL SEND A RAPID TEAM TO YOU”,”WE WILL WORK ON YOUR COMPLAIN IN A HIGH PRIORITY”,”BANGALORE MAHANAGAR PALIKA IS NOT PERMIT US GIVE THE CONNECTION”,”MATERIAL SHORTAGE” , my issue continues to be unresolved.

Clearly, that has not happened and the only response I get when I call customer service is that they don’t have a deadline.

I have raised this issue with Reliance Appellate authority as well as the Reliance President services but I have not been getting any response.

I am just wondering if there is any option is to escalate this further. I would really appreciate, if any forum member can please provide some guidance to what other avenues / options I could try.

This is regarding the issue with the broadband connectivity that I have been facing since Tuesday, Oct 16th 2012.

I have raised 3 complaints – 189527295, 189607213 .

The first one were closed abruptly without checking with me stating that they have resolved the issue. Each time, I have been given some technical reason for closure of the ticket. Not even once has someone cared to check with the customer (i.e. me) if my connection is working. So, essentially I have been without broadband connectivity for 35 days now and I do not know by when my issue will be resolved.

This issue was raised with the Appellate authority on Wednesday, Oct 17th. I have not heard from them. The only thing that happened since then is the closure of the second ticket without actually fixing the issue. I have also raised this issue with “President Customer Services” with no luck!

As a customer, it seems people are trying to meet their deadlines for issue resolution without actually fixing the issue. I can’t find another reason that explains why I had to raise 2 tickets in the past 35 days for the same issue with no resolution.

So, I am looking for following specific things:

1) I expect a call from some customer service checking with me on the status of internet without closing a ticket.
2) A confirmed date of resolution of the issue. I am even ok if I am told that the company is incapable of resolving this since it seems like that anyways.
3) A refund / credit on my monthly bill for the period that I do not have connectivity (its been 35 days already).
4)If you are not unable to provide internet then refund my money otherwise give a new connection.
