had registered a complaint with trouble ticket no: 120714620 on 18/7/2012, 2nd complaint ticket no : 120715517 dt.:19/07/2012. I have been in constant touch with the customer care persons (079-66199999) since then to get my problem solved. But till date my problem is not solved. The customer care persons tell that my complaint has been forwarded to mr.shailendra shrivastav(Technical department) but neither he came to solve my problem nor contacted me and misbehave with me. It has been five days now since I lodged the complaint. If spidigo is not able to provide the services properly then I would like to discontinue the internet connection provided by spidigo and would like to get the refund of the payment which I had made for the connection. This is not the first time but in past also whenever we register complaint it takes long time to solve the problem and that too after constant reminder on phone. You are requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest.
