My office Leaseline connection being cut off as I had verbally mentioned that I am not happy with Airtel service . I had requested to know the procedure if we have to cancel their leaseline deal. But to my surprise they had already closed the deal and canclled our office connection. This was a 2 mbps connection from Airtel
