INTERNET 3G PLAN NOT ACTIVATED SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS.

Location/place: India

Name of company/service: BHARTI AIRTEL AND NOKIA LUMIA.

I HAVE PURCHASED A NOKIA LUMIA 610 ON 2 OCT 2012 WITH A SCHEME OF 4 MONTH 3G INTERNET FREE FROM ‘MOBILEWALA’ SHOP,VADODARA.
TWO MONTHS ARE OVER BUT MY SCHEME IS NOT ACTIVATED,LEADING TO INCONVIENCE TO ME.
THE LOCAL NOKIA LUMIA TRAINER OF BARODA IS NOT PROVIDING GOOD RESPONSE(Mr. MAHESH)INSTEAD OF NO.OF PHONE CALLS BY ME.
AIRTEL CUSTMER CARE IS ALSO NOT RESPONDING AGAINST MY SEVERAL COMPLAINS.
PLZ HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
