Interest subvention of 1% on housing loans upto Rs. 15 lakhs (cost of house upto Rs. 25 lakhs) for one more year

It was announced in the recent budget that there will be Interest subvention of 1% on housing loans upto Rs. 15 lakhs (cost of house upto Rs. 25 lakhs) for one more year. I am holding a home loan in HDFC (358584105) which was taken for 15 lakhs and my cost of house is less than 25 lakhs, when i tried reaching HDFC, i am getting an update that RBI didnt communicate to them. If RBI is not communicating, why the individual citizen has to suffer. Many times i tried reaching many people and i didnt get any solutions.
