Name of company/service: CESU (CENTRAL ELECTRICITY SUPPLY UTILITY OF ODISHA)
My Father Mr Indramani Acharya with My Mother having CESU Consumer No 03242183 has been intentionally harashed by the CESU Staff as they are stying alone in the Village Choupara, District Cuttack of State Odisha. I want to give the instance of harrasing to them mentally as well as physically.
Instant is on 13th Feb 2012 some of the CESU Staffs came to my house for checking of Electrical metre and tilted that metre infront of my parents and sealed it and forced my parents to sign on a paper. After they signed they said that you area using so many fans, fridges, TV, Bulbs etc. but your metre reading is low.
Being a senior citizen he said that he is staying alone with his wife in the house. Children are far away from me in their respective places (Out of State). They have ofenly came to stay for about 3 to 4 days and we are also out of station for 15 days in every month (Reason is he is suffering from Diabets and Blood Pressure disease). Also he had explained them that during his staying he only used two tube lights, Tv ofenly used, Motor as and when required. Also he is paying his bill regularly since 1996 and no complaint till date.
But the CESU Staff intentionaly harashing my Parents as they are staying alone. During my visit to my Village I have seen many people are using Hooking system. Is This is not a offence ??
Please look into the matter urgently.
