i have taken a policy from Bharti Axa Life insurance (Monthly Income Policy).
2. Call received from delhi
3. same day the executive came and policy documents completed. terms were interpreted from delhi.
4. policy documents received but terms not matching. it was told that these are welcome kit & legal bonds are still to come.
5. Now no person is picking phones and the phones are not with the people who were calling earlier.
6. no cash bach has been received as committed.
