I have bought this Product From Home Shop 18 Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aquaflo Dx Water Purifier on 9th of may . The order is booked by the Name of Sushma Sing and order number is – 912215191.I have received Product on 12th of my at our address House Number 725 Avas Vikas Colony Kurnaghat Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh . For the installation I called up your authorized service center Gorakhpur They came to my home and said their is Pin problem inside the product and he said he will come back after two days and installed the product at my home but after that whenever i am calling to your local person regarding installation he said i do not have pin . Already one and half month gone they are not attending my call even i have called up you guys but no responses coming from your side . Today I called again your local service center guy he said it will take more than two weeks . Till now product has not been installed at my home . See at the same time i have purchased the Kent product they gave good responses . I want Installed the product as soon as possible . Kindly Look at my concern . Other Wise i will throw the product from my house I will tell to friends and relative do not buy your product .
