Installation of dish connection is not done by Airtel Digital TV after a made the Payment

I’ve made the payment of Rs.2690/- towards new connection of Airtel Digital TV with high definition set top box on 01/06/2012 through credit card through mobile phone guided by CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE Bangalore (Airtel Digital TV Customer care No. 080 44448080) and they have assured me that Airtel Dish will be installed within 24 hours since I ordered. Next day I have received an sms having my DTH account ID
(ID no : 3010424340). Still installation of DTH was not done.

I used to enquire every day about delay of my order with their Customer care executive, then I’ve got the reply that within 24 hrs it will be installed (Every day same answer). After two weeks passed away I haven’t get Dish TV installed any more.

I was frustrated. In this regard I requested to their Customer care Executive to cancel my connection and refund my money which I paid against the order or install DTH . He told me to wait for 24 hours. so, I made a call every day and they keep on telling me the same word till now, the calls which I made to their CCE might more than 10 times. I was waited for more than two week still I haven’t got my money back, in this regard I request you to look into my case and kindly make them refund me my money back with compensation (telephone expenses spend to call them approximately Rs : 300/-).
