Name of company/service: uninor prepaid mobile service
I would like to submit few lines for consideration and favorable action please.
I am a uninor prepaid mobile service customer. I use Rs.350 (near about) Talk time per month. Recently some phone calls are coming for subscribing in caller tune offers. But I rejected. Suddenly Rs.10/- (since my a/c balance was low) has been deducted for Caller Tune for one day. I reported to Customer Care and they told me to dial a number (*444*9#) and I dialed that number. After that I recharged my a/c with Rs.50/-. Again Rs.40/- has been deducted without my consent from a/c and one message came stating that Caller tune has been activated for one month.
i would like to request you to tell me the way in which my a/c may pl be refilled by Rs.50/- again by Uninor itself. MOBILE NO 8296324744. MY EMAIL ID [email protected]
