I myself an eligible candidate for INndire Gandhi Only Girl Child Scholarship Received the first Payment of RS 20,000. in 2010 and my second cheque was to be received after i submit my first year marksheet and i did the same but now its approximately 18 months but i have not received the 2nd cheque.
Please help me out sir
