Indiatimes shopping product not delivered and order cancelled without in intimation

Sir,

On the 21st July 2012 i ordered an IPAD 2 wifi black model from shopping.indiatimes.com. I used cupon code provided by them: SHOPCOMP to get a 10% discount on the order amount. Shipping and delivery date passed by and i did not hear form the company. Finally i filed a companint but was given false commitments. Finally on the 4th Aug 2012 i received a mailed stating refund initiatied without any call/mail from sopping.indiatimes.com directly. I have not recved the product and now they have withdrawn the offer also.

Very unpleasent experience. Request you to kindly look into the matter and provide a solution.
