I ordered a Karbonn A1 mobile and got it delivered by 15 June 2012. When i ordered it i specifically specified that i want the mobile in black color. When i got the product the bill showed the color as black. But when i opened it, it was white in color. Anyways i, at the same time contacted their customer care.Thrice I called them and after three long sessions i didnt get any help.The simple excuse was sorry madam i cant do anything. I said them either take the product back or exchange it but they said that we wont and you have to be with what is ordered..Please i need help please its very shameful that a website which runs on customers’ trust cant keep their trust..
