1) They do charge for data usage even when data package is active.
2) They have problem with there internet setting. After once you have activated their HVC plan the normal Internet setting do not work. only hvc setting work. I have complained about this personally in there center but it didn’t get resolved and they do some time charge because of incorrect setting used.
3) They do start any service , but do not give any notification message about activation and then renew every month. As we try to complaint about that they say that you have only activated and unsubscribe it. But do not refund the money. they also block to customer care service so you cant complaint against them.
4) They do not solve complaints, but they do send message that your complaint have been resolved.
