i had an issue with my 15 day old expensive phone sony xperia s and i emailed my grievance to the email ids provided on the mobile box. But my mails failed to reach and i got the messgae that this email id does not exist. after wasting a lot of calls i got through to the toll free number provided to me and i requested to customer care executive to give me the contact information of the nearest service center. he gave me wrong phone numbers and i had to ultimately call just dial and obtain the numbers.i want to file a complaint against sony products for providing wrong vital contact information since it has cost me a lot of hassles and money. If we buy the company “s expensive products this is the way we are treated and guided?this is the way they value customers in india?
