Incorrect billing

I’ve been charged incorrectly by Tikona for services not used by me since Dec’17. Despite telling them that I want the service to be discontinued, they kept calling me for making the payment and didn’t even raise a request for discontinuing the service. I’d emailed them a couple of times at the email address mentioned on their website, asking them to discontinue the service, but to no avail. I received email failure alerts. Thereafter, I received a call again from their advocates recently to make the payment. To get rid of this harassment, I finally made the payment and now to my surprise, I see another bill in my inbox from Tikona for this month, when I’ve not used their services since December, as I mentioned earlier.
