Incorrect Billing

Name of company/service: Vodafone Essar

I am Jyotirmaya Das one of Vodafone Mobile user bearing telephone no:9830486286 has been using the no since 2010 and Vodafone company has increased his credit limit from Rs 1000.00 to Rs 9000.00 in a span of one and half year , this shows that I have been a high user of Vodafone services. I had activated Rs 350 3G internet plan on my mobile and called Vodafone customer services twice to deactivate the service however the First time I called up Vodafone customer services to deactivate Internet plan the Customer Care Executive told me that I am currently in roaming and once I reach back Kolkata I can place a cancellation request for cancellation of internet services.I did the
same.When came back to Kolkata I called up again to Vodafone customer care and requested
for deactivation of internet plans on mobile no:9830486286.However the Customer Care Executive informed that SYSTEMS are down ,so taking a request for call back and concerned department will get in touch with the customer and take down the request.

Thereafter no call or sms has been send from Vodafone neither to deactivate nor to inform about any request placed for the same reason. I was in an impression that my internet plan is still active and when I used the mobile internet for two days , I received a bill with amt due as Rs 7242.55 for the month of April 2012.

I called up your Customer service a multiple time ,but no responsibilities taken infact the many calls has not been recorded or registered even for the dispute complain lodged.

I am not denying the usage, I am just asking for usages to be charged as per the internet plan.

So Please do the need-full
