incorrect billing

Name of company/service: tata indicom

I had suscribed to the data plan of 3600 minutes of the company and charges were rs 525/- per month with sim no 9235030255 and ac no 931597099. The company had revised the plan and the charges were revised to Rs 425/- per month for 3600 min, however company kept charging me at the rate of rs 525/- per month. In the month of Mar 2012, I lodged a complaint with the company customer care to adjust my excess amount which has not been done till date. Since Mar 2012 services have not been used. In the jun i asked from customer care to give me the details of my bill has not been forwarded to me. I am making the payment of rs 1400/-, the bill sent to me by the company without knowing as for what i am paying. Company still has my security deposit of rs 500/-. Pl assist
