Incorrect bill; Harassment of contacts on discontinuation; non-reply to complaint emails

Name of company/service: Airtel

Airtel had billed me an inaccurate amount based on data usage for which I was not provided an appropriate discount. Upon a few days of bill generation, they cut out my outgoing calls and refused to reactivate them untill I made the bill amount payment. I had submitted a complaint to the customer care representatives as well as to the nodal officer but there was no reply to the same. During this time, my outgoing services remained discontinued. I was hence forced to change to another network operator. After a few days, I got a call from one of my contacts that, the airtel executives had tried to contact them for the recovery of my dues. I find this in gross violation of my privacy.
