Incorrect Bill

Location/place: Chinchwad, Pune

Name of company/service: Tata Broad Band

I have been charged with bill of RS 1132 for month of june 2012 (20May to 20 June). My internet did not work for even 1 sec from 9th of June to 21st of June 2012. I have requested for adjustment of bill accordingly but no action is being taken. My connection is suspened now as i have not paid the incorrect bill. The service request raised on 9th of June was resolved only on 9th of July after 1 month. I had also raised 5 service request in the period between 20th may to 8th June and everytime the connection was restored temporarily and did not work the next day.
