Incorect data charges and bad costomer care service

Location/place: mumbai

Name of company/service: vodafone india

i recharged ma phone with vodafone prepaid for a data pack i got a text message after the recharge that my data pack is active after i got that text i switched on ma internet settings however i gor charged for the data sessions i did call the customer care and the advisor hung up on me twice i was informed by the third advisor that the data pack gets activated after 3hrs which was not true as per the text msg that i got from vodafone it said that the data pack was active now please look into the matter wherin i have be treated in a incorrect manner
