inconveince in the application of usb pendrive

sir, i recently bought your HCL u1 tablet ….and just in 2days i am not able to operate my pendrive.the problem is that ,when i am inserting my pendrive inside ,it is not detected by the device.
please do help me ,i am using your product since 10 years.i hope u will consider my complain.
