Name of company/service: Airtel Digital
I have been subscribing to Airtel Digital service for more than two years by paying a monthly rental of Rs.315/-.For the last one month, all the channel for which I subscribed are not being telecast ed yet the monthly charges are deducted for those channels which I am not able to see or hear. All my queries with the Co.’s representatives yielded no results. They are only giving some or other reasons with out any clear cut solutions. For your information, the following channels are not being telecast with error code 4.
1. Channel 300 – Times Now
2. Channel 302 -CNN IBN
3. Channel 303 – Headlines Today
4. Channel 304 – CNBC TV18
5. Channel 305, 306 to 309.
