I have purchased prepaid internet service for period of 1 year.It is aprox 130 to 150 days of service I have registered 15 to 16 complains which i have the record of complain nos.from 27th may my connection is off.Only 4th & 5th june my connection was on.Today 13th june my service is off.In short out of 130 to 150 days of service I have been able to use internet for approximately for 90 days.They are not providing me extension for the lapse of service days nor they are willing to give me refund. So kindly look into this matter & help me get the justice.
