Name of company/service: Kavya builder
I have purchased a new Flat from M/s Kavya builder with assurance of completion by May’11. Till date, it is not completed for parking, compound, drainage connection, water filteration, common flooring and other minor works.
Now, we have occupied and got possession letter also. Due to dispute among the partnership, the builders are not funding and progressing the work. What should we do? please help.
