Name of company/service: Agarwal Express Logistics Pvt Ltd
Recently I got relocated from pune to noida. I choosen agarwal express packers & movers for my home shifting.
I sent my goods on 29/03/2012 with them after full payment with insurance charges. They had delivered it to my address on 07/04/2012 and 6 items were missing & lower portion of my steel almirah was damaged this armirah can’t be stood without a support.
I called to booking officer at once and asked for my insurance papers.He said that yes sir I will send you a soft copy of papers in your email ID. After daily update from my side they have delivered 4 more items on 13/04/1012. Still I am doing struggle for getting rest 2 items which are my double bed part.
When I call them every time they reply that sir we will update you by today evening.That evening has not yet come.
Now they have sent me a soft copy of insurance policy after daily update from my side.I have sent a letter to them by courier also to get their response.
Now I need a certificate from them for my lost & damaged items to get claim from insurance company because without that insurance company will not proceed further.Please suggest me how to proceed.
