Incoming calls blocked

Hi
I am have made 10 complains with reliance customer care that when I move to roaming network my incoming calls are blocked.
Instead of repitative complaints I am not hearing back from them not they are solving my issue.
Please look into this.

Issue description – Not able to recieve incoming calls when in roaming even though having balance amount.
