This is to inform you that as per the rules of a candidature selection for the post of clerks regional language is a must but this rule has been violated by Bank of Baroda which they had clearly mentioned in their advertisement hence choosing a candidate not knowing the local/ regional language of the State Sikkim i.e. Nepali.
I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter with utmost care and take legal actions against the guilty.
