With a great regret anddisappointment I am here to inform you that my Broadband Connection (USB Cable of Computer Connection from Modem) is inactive for a long period. I complained again and again but I got only Docket Nos. The latest Docket Number is 11420251803 dated 19.05.2012. My internet connection remained inactive as usual. Your department is turning deaf ears to my disadvantageous conditions. IfI do not get urgent response from BSNL Calcutta Telephones (Broadband Section) Iwill be bound to request you for disconnecting my Broadband which is useless tome at present.
I request the favour of yourtaking necessary action about my helpless condition at the earliest.
