In trouble due to bad service

Name of company/service: MTS Telecom

Dear Sir

I am writing after several tried and request to Service provider company for my mobile phone post paid connection about facing problem during rendering service but there are no action taken yet from their end.
I brief as under what happened with me and what kind of regular problem I am facing:
1. I am using MTS postpaid connection last 1 year with contract of one year plan, as per contract bill dues should be directly debit from my saving account provided ECS facility to MTS.
but MTS never used this facility and frequently de activate my service due to outstanding, inspite of several request no action has been taken from their end.

2. Recently my handset has been broken which was provided by MTS. Handset is CDMA set without inserting the Sim card.
after broken the handset I am unable to use handset so that I requested to MTS outlet situated at Galeria market in Gurgaon (place of taken connection) to switch the number into Sim card.
I had explained about broken of my handset to outlet person and requested to complete process as soon as possible because I am unable to use handset.
Outlet person told me completing the process take 2-3 days maximum.
I was keep followup but after spending almost a week process not done.
Than after very difficulties finally after a week number has been switched to Sim card and than I found Sim card only workable to CDMA phone not in GSM phone.
point to be note about condition of CDMA and GSM not been informed by outlet person.
I have already purchased new GSM handset and unable to use Sim in purchased handset, therefore finally I have taken decision to port the number.
during process of switching number into Sim card I already tried to port the number but port message could not be send due to failed sending message.
still I am unable to port the number due to port message failed.
When I tried to know about the reason of not sending port message from my connection customer care and outlet person unable to take my complain and inform.
because of this I am really facing problem not to use my and my number is being switched off from last 3 days.
I am working as Manager in reputated company so you may understand I am really in trouble if my number is regular switch off and I am unable to port my connection.
I have doubt MTS is blocked port message for my connection.

Kindly help me out.
