in coming to the number bared no dues from my side

Respected sir,

I am a India citizen and living in jaipur city and i do my business. i am using a airtel postpaid number(9001980000).one day a lady called me and asking for some information about someone else when i denied to give the in formations than she threatened me by cutting my phone connection and after some time she cut my phone now i am helf less because no one is starting my conection.
please suggest.
