Improper internet service

Name of company/service: Reliance Netconnect+

I have been using Reliance netconnect+ since 7 to 8 months. This service promises to provide download speed of 500kbps and upload speed of 400kbps. Whereas i don’t even get 50kbps of download speed and have issues with the connection quite often. i tried speaking to the customer care executives, they give various solutions which are just to bluff the user. I also tried complaining in the office as well but they don’t take down the complain, instead they say there must be a problem with my laptop. If there was a problem with my laptop none of the internet dongles would have worked so well, but all other network like MTS and Tata docomo 3g works well and deliver what they promise to. With this i would like to conclude that the service does not deliver what it promises to and is cheating.
