Name of company/service: Idea Cellular
I received a telemarketing call on 25/03/2012 at around 9.00 am introducing some benefit plan of “Idea Cellular” on my mobile no 9826236347. I denied to take the scheme clearly even after that Idea imposed that plan on my connection and deducted 30/-. I immediately launched a complaint 12345 to cancel the plan and reimburse my deducted amount but they only deactivate the scheme and refused to reimburse the money. When asked they denied and disconnected the call. Their Marketing people has done earlier this act on my another Idea no. 9826524763 few time they accept the mistake and reimburse the money, but I believe due to march ending to achieve the target their marketing people doing such illegal act. Please help me to get reimburse my balance of Rs. 30/- + compensation Rs. 5000/- for mental torture due to consequences of this illegal act by Idea marketing and Customer care staff.
