Name of company/service: ICICI BANK
Since the last 10 days I have been trying to contact ICICI Customer care. But everytime it takes 4-5 minutes to ultimately connect to a customer care staff who ultimately diverts the call to imobile technical staff and even after 25 minutes of waiting I remain in queue. This has happened at least 5-6 times and every other time I can not even get connected to the customer care staff. The service is really pathetic.
