I have purchased a bsnl sim numbered 9430596559 in gaya. they are regularly deducing my 5 rupees and replying me a message “your shayari pack has been activated “which i have never subscribed for .
I have complained about this to customer care for explanation/reason but they have not respond me .
i want they should return my deduced amount and you should take proper action against them by not considering them as govt sector because its matter of making fool not only to me but to a common people.
