Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: BAJAJ FINANCE LIMITED, Bajaj Finserv Lending

This is for your kind information and record that I, Sanjukta Boral is running with a Consumer Loan Account vide no: 4100CD00186275, of a loan amount of Rs. 24553.00 with Bajaj Finance. I have talen a 32″ LCD TV through this loan from axis Mall of Rajarhat, New Town Area.

I have cleared all my ECS in time till 5th June 2012 which has been debited from my Axis Bank Savings Account vide no: 911010035131849 on 5th date of every month. On 19th June 2012 I logged into my Experia Account which was solely introduced by Bajaj to me with my Customer id: 5325232 and found that I can foreclose my loan with Rs. 9820.00 within 29.06.2012.

I decided to close my loan and through the process mentioned there I had paid the said foreclosure amount through Net Banking.

On 5th of July 2012 I got a message in my mobile containing the bouncing news of my ECS of BFL which has repeat on 09th July 2012. For this my bank had charged me Rs. 450.00 as bouncing charges. After this I logged into my Experia Account and found that Bajaj also debited Rs. 350.00 as the ecs bouncing charge in my account. The most amazing part is the statement also credited a Rs. 9820.00 on 19th of June 2012 and after that they placed the ECS followed with the security deposit cheque they have taken at the time of loan application.

Firstly, I require my NOC of this Loan Account.

Secondly, I want to know why this has been happened.

Thirdly, How Bajaj will compensate this harassment?

Fourthly, What is Bajaj going to take action for my credibility issue in my bank.
