I am really feeling sorry to inform you that i have made a big mistake by taking tata sky connection. this is my second complaint and i am fed up by the trouble this tata sky is giving me. I recharged online today of 200Rs on the website of tata sky, at that time when i entered the card number and cvv number and pressed enter, then there was no response and just a white screen. this happened 3 times. and After contacting the customer care of tata sky, spaeking with prakash, arjun and gurpratap singh they said that the recharge is in process and will take 24-48 hours and i have recharged 3 times i.e. 200*3. I said that this happened only because your website was not working properly but the executive arjun directly disconnected the call when i said that i want to talk to your senior executive for my problem. and prakash said that it will not be cancelled and he cannot do anything now. My concern is only that i want my 400 rs back from tata sky as it was not my mistake. thank you
