We purchased a laptop from there which was having a minor phyiscal damange, we took it to that shop.. Initially They asked us to contact cust care later on when I forced them to repair they took the laptop and still after 2 weeks its not yet repaired .. donno wat they are doin with teh laptop not able to fix a key issue.. dont ever purchase any thing from that shop.
I Purchased new Lenovo laptop from ilife store,Paud Road, Pune. After 2 days it stopped working. The service engineer gave me the report of system failure. I asked the authority from ilife for replacement. But they denied to take this responsibility. They also not guided me properly besides the guy Amit from the shop was not behaving properly. As per their advice I did all the e-mails with required documents etc. to the company. But still to get a reply. Now no one is ready to take the responsibility. I lost my time and money also. If anyone is thinking of buying new Lenovo Laptop from ilife please take care or better don’t go through it. Its a fraud.
