IHO cheated me by debited more than product value money through my credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,

i have taken a Indian health organisation preventive health policy on line as per explained by IHO representative.IHO representative called me on phone and told your preventive health plant will cover all illness and cost of any doctor and medicine will be 50% of total cost. The cost of this policy for two persons is Rs.5000/- I paid for the same. next day again IHO representative called me told you have done wrongly by doing on line booking. you should go through me and he has told if you pay rs.7500/- then your cover will be for 4 years for 4 persons with 2 thyrocare coupan costing Rs.6000/- free and one dental care coupan free for rs.1500/- and he has debited rs.7500/- by my credit card on 25/5/12 and again on 31st May IHO representative called me on phone and again debited Rs.10000/- by my credit card.IHO has send the receipt of rs.12500/- but debited from my acount total 22500/-. i have already complained to IHO. they told me that your extra amount will be credited but till date no action. they have committed to cancel the policy if not suitable but they are not canceling my policy. I am not satisfied and already told them to refund my money and cancel the policy.
Please help me in this matter. IHO cheated me by debited more than product value money through my credit card.
