Name of company/service: reliance netconnect+
i am using reliance netconnect+ from 1 year, i am facing issue from last 8 months. i complained to reliance customer care almost twice in a month, but they just ignoring my request and complaints(where i warn them i will complain in consumer court also). this is really ridiculous. some one please help to bring them to road and value the customers or guide how can i raise the issue in high level. the thing is i bought dataguard from them if i want to go to other network i have to buy again their dataguard.
