Sir/Madam,
I am using TATA INDICOM Prepaid Services since last 06 years. Now that Phone equipment(Walky)is not working.I want this walky to replace with new one without any change in phone number and tariff plans. Even after approaching many times, I hardly get satisfactory response from local authorized service centre (TATA INDICOM,Amravati,Maharashtra-444606). Complaint has already been filed to customer care with reference number 559989.
