IFB washing machine not working

I had purchased a washing machine 2.5 years back and there was no major problem at that time. As the warranty period got over problems increased day by day.
Last week in March 2019 there were some minor problems in the machine so we complained in the IFB service center.
The person who visited told that there were some faults in the machine’s gearbox so we need to take it to the service center. He told that it will be back in 1-2 day but it took around a week. When it came back there was no change in its condition and it gone from bad to worst also they charged Rs 4500 – 5000. Then we called again and again to the IFB area service head Mr. Chandresh Dhingra he told us that he cannot help us in any way. We request him to help us out and he asked for time. He send an senior engineer from the company Mr. Sunil Kumar. He told that there was not an single repairing that have done by there own service center.The products and the service provided by the company is worst and the technicians are also not good.
