I had purchased a washing machine – Model – Executive Plus since 2006 and was working well since 1 month. 7 months back IFB Technician suggested me to join AMC services & thus,I joined the AMC service and paid the amount of Rs. 3658 on 08/01/2018.As machine was not working, I raised a complaint – Complaint number : 1001531140, dated – 02/16/2018.
The technician from Lokamata Service Centre, Bhubaneswar, came and replaced the drum on 15/06/2018. Even after that, the washing machine is not working at all.
Its more than 1 month but our machine is not working and we are facing difficulty in our day-to-day lives.
Every day I call the technician and Service Centre but till date they have not solved our complaint, despite having AMC.
Its not justified at all to harass the customers in this way. IFB has the worst service. Is there any way to resolve our complaint?
