our washing machine had a short circuit so we had complained on 5,august,2010 on toll free number, complain no: 48924132,next day the technician came and changed the timer and charged Rs 3052 for the services and new timer,he switched it on and showed it to be working but when he left there was a spark and it stopped working again. after calling him several times without avail we again called on Toll free number. They gave new complaint no.:4912689 and code no:1640441 and assured that senior technician will come,but till date no one has come.
