I have procured an IFB micro wave oven 30sc3 model. It was unserviceble from the date it got delivered at my place. we came to know when the person came for demo installation. how ever from then till now nobody has visited or nothing has happened. What next need to be done? please let me know. I am located in a remote place 40 kms away from Jamnagar, Gujarat.
