I got my Idea Netsetter 3G dongle recharged online for Rs. 249/-. I recharged it at 8:10 PM on 25 June 2012 and got a confirmation SMS that the amont has been successfully charged to me. However, I did not receive the data benefit, as was mentioned on the site. The website said that the above recharge gives 1gb of data but till now I have not got a single MB of data added to my account. On calling up the customer service, I was told that it takes upto 4 hours for the data to be added to my account. However, even after 14 hours of recharge I still did not get the data. When I called the customer service again, they revised their time limit from 4 hours to get the benefit, to 24 hours. My recharge reference number is MCIT2760702926 and the transaction id is 14193971.
