Idea is not providing service

Location/place: Gwalior

Name of company/service: A.G. Office Gwalior

I’ve been using the Idea service for more than 10 years. It was good and I changed it into postpaid three months ago. I’m using the plan of Rs 250/-pm. but I’m unable to use internet and other GPRS services on my phone. I’ve complained for that to Idea countless times. but they are not doing anything about my cause. Kindly help me in sorting this problem out, as I’ve got no other option than changing my number.

P.S.
I’m paying them whatever they charge but they are not providing any kind of service.
