Idea is making hurdles to port my number

I am living in Delhi and using idea postpaid mobile number 9968095724. Due to bad services of IDEA, I send request to port my number from port ID 899321, but two times my request was declined by idea customer care after send me outstanding due messages, while i have pay All amount with 7 days in advance. I am very fedup from this gunda behaviour, I have All recordings and proof against idea. Please take concern on my complaint and port my number.
